- Aggressive Pets: If you have an aggressive pet, we cannot send house cleaners into a home where the pet is loose. Please inform us about any aggressive pets and detail how they will be contained during cleanings.

Cancellation Policies
Our business model focuses on anticipating the level of cleaning needed at each appointment. Cancellations that are not rescheduled create the need for more time for the following cleaning and can be unpredictable in workload.
We enforce a fee at the cleaning following any appointment cancellation, that allows us to cover our additional time spent due to the longer time between cleanings. This is only enforced if you cancel a cleaning. Reschedules will be accommodated to the best of our ability, and usually, we are able to find a spot that works. We will not charge this additional fee if we need to cancel due to events typically related to weather (snow).

- Weekly Cancellation Fee: $25.00
- Bi-Weekly Cancellation Fee: $40.00
